   I hope i can make it out saturday,one of my buddies is going to try and fish with me,yes lake logan has been very bad this year,i do alot of catfishing to and i have not caught a thing this year and that has been about every where except for the pay lakes at wich i have won a couple tournaments,me and my son fish the pond off of 33 by the 328 exit in or jon boat and we killed the crappie and bass there this year,we took about 50 crappie in about 2 hours and most of them was over 14 inches with about a dozen or so between 19-22 inches,most were caught on a rooster tail or a chartruse mr twister,the bass we didnt measure but weighed 3-7.5lbs for the biggest ones,that pond has really grew some nice fish over the past 3 years,there is a ton of shad in there,i go there alot just ti get bait,my son caught a large mouth on a rooster tail at the begining of march along that walk out area at the north end of lake logan this year that weighed just at 6 lbs,i caught one in the middle of april before it got real bad with the weeds that weighed just a hair over 7 lbs about 8 hundred feet up from the beach area on a jointed shad rap and have not caught any thing of size since,but i do know they are there,ive caught 5-6 really nice bass in my throw net,even though i didnt weigh them i would say they went 4-8lbs,i dont keep anything but the shad that i catch with my throw net.

   yes i am from logan,me and my son evan fished at the tournament at lake logan last saturday,i think i remember seeing you there,lake logan has been rough for me this year,we only caught about 12 bass but they were all around 10-11 inches and no keepers,caught about 20 or so crappie also,i dont take the bass fishing real serious yet its just something to get me and my son out on the boat and to keep us close he is only 11 and thats all he wants to do is go fishing,i will probably see you saturday morning.

   Yes I remember you guys. I am the guy who fishes with his wife on the shiny silver boat ( Fisher dominator 1998). Glad you got on the board. Lake Logan has been terrible for most of us this year. We are really glad to not get skunked LOL. We have only won Big Bass once and first place twice this year. Beth won the very first tourney this year with one fish less than 13 iches long. She won all 3 places as it was the only one turned in.. Looking forward to seeing you guys Saturday....Jim
